Help! My car broke down!?

I have $500 dollars to spare. Can I use that for a down payment to buy a used car with no credit history or anyone to co-sign? I expect my mother to but she filed for bankruptsy.. are there any crooked auto places that will help me? I do have a job to make payments but I make $400 dollars a month without taxes will I be able to afford insurance and monthly payments for a car and gas?

    Not likely. Any cheap car for $500 will be on the verge of death & will eat any & all surplus cash you have in repairs. Yeah there are places that will be happy to stab you in the back for years on end for what little money you have. If you want a crooked place to buy a car from, then be prepared to get robbed right before your eyes. Suggestion: Keep working hard, stay in school, & save save save your money by taking the bus. Or, find yourself a good man that will provide. G’luck.

    You have $500, no co-signer, no credit history and only make $400 per month. So you want to find a crooked auto place??? You can buy a car for $500 or keep walking.
